We're looking for motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Assistant representing HelloFresh. This opportunity combines customer service, sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand representation across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) campaigns.
Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, events, promotions, or another people-focused environment, this role offers structured training, ongoing coaching, and practical experience in a performance-driven setting.
What You'll Be Doing
As a HelloFresh Representative, you'll engage directly with customers and decision-makers to introduce meal subscription services designed to make home cooking more convenient and accessible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers through professional face-to-face conversations
- Presenting HelloFresh meal subscription services and delivery options
- Explaining product benefits, pricing, flexibility, and customer value
- Answering questions and providing accurate product information
- Supporting customer registrations and onboarding
- Building positive customer relationships and trust
- Generating new customer acquisitions across B2C and B2B environments
- Working towards individual and team sales objectives
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation
